Wolves' season has taken a turn for the good in recent games; with an inspiring win over Chelsea - before a last minute Matt Doherty goal gave them maximum points at St. James' Park last Sunday.

Bournemouth were thrashed by Liverpool 4-0 last weekend, and they will be determined to get back to winning ways at Molineux.

The last time these sides played each other was back in 2015 - when the Cherries completed a Championship double against Wolves with a 2-1 win at the Vitality Stadium.

Team News

Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has a selection headache, with the decision to recall Joao Moutinho and Raul Jiminez, who both started on the bench against Newcastle United last Sunday.

Jonny Castro Otto remains sidelined with a knee injury.

Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson looks set to return to the line-up after missing last Saturday's 4-0 loss to Liverpool with a minor hamstring knock.

Dan Gosling is out following a knee operation, while Lewis Cook and Adam Smith are both sidelined for the long-term.

The Managers

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo has acknowledged that Saturday will be a test for his team, but thinks they are ready for the challenge.

"We know how hard it is to get back-to-back wins and we want to continue," Espirito Santo said.

"It's a tough challenge we face. What is important is that we are ready for tomorrow."

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has admitted his side are eager to get out there and "put to bed" any lingering thoughts of the Liverpool loss last weekend.

"We want to get out there and put the Liverpool game to bed," Howe admitted. "The Christmas period is a really important time for us.

"We know we can build some real momentum and these periods can often define seasons. Wolves have done well and have carried their form and playing style from the Championship."
