Diogo Jota will "be assessed" ahead of Wolves' game against Liverpool on Friday, according to manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
Jota limped off at half-time in last weekend's 2-0 win over Bournemouth at Molineux, holding his hamstring.
The Wolves forward has taken part in light training sessions so far this week to try and give him the best possible chance to face top-of-the-table Liverpool on Friday.
Jota has played a significant part in Wolves' three-match winning streak, scoring the winner versus Chelsea and also opened the scoring against Newcastle United.
Espirito Santo revealed that the Portuguese forward will be assessed ahead of Friday night's game.
"We have to check," the Wolves boss said. "He was not able to continue the game (against Bournemouth).
"Now, we have to assess him. The doctor has to assess him, and we hope that it's nothing too serious."
