Bournemouth vs Brighton

Two South Coast clubs face each other on Saturday afternoon; as Bournemouth host Brighton and Hove Albion at the Vitality Stadium.

Bournemouth will be looking to bounce back with a win, as their fans were left disappointed losing 2-0 to Wolves last weekend.

Brighton were too disappointing in their defeat to Burnley at Turf Moor last weekend and have been very underwhelming on the road this season.

Team News

Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson should be fit enough to play after returning in midweek as he came back from his hamstring injury.

Tyrone Mings is expected to overcome a hip injury, however, captain Simon Francis looks like he'll miss out with an ongoing groin problem.

Brighton will be without defender Shane Duffy, who is serving a three-game ban for a red card.

Jose Izquierdo is out with a knee injury, whilst Alireza Jahanbakhsh is also out with a hamstring issue.

The Managers

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has described the game as a "really big" one, as his team looks to bounce back.

"Our squad is strong," Howe insisted. "We saw that in the changes we made in the Chelsea game. We're in a good position and looking forward to our busy schedule.

"All of our focus right now is on Brighton. We know it's a really big game for us and we're excited by the challenge ahead of us."

Brighton manager Chris Hughton praised the organisation and efficiency of Saturday's opponents.

"Eddie Howe has got them playing in the way he wants to, very high tempo, a lot of pace in the team," Hughton explained.

"They have a way of playing and it always smacks me in the face that they are a team where everybody knows their roles and jobs.

"We expect a very difficult game, particularly at Bournemouth."
