Chelsea and French side AS Monaco are close to agreeing a deal for Cesc Fabregas this January transfer window.
Fabregas could be set to link up with his former Arsenal team-mate, who is the manager of the Ligue 1 side.
The Spain World Cup winner has struggled to cement a first-team spot this season under Maurizio Sarri. Fabregas has only featured six times in the Premier League for Chelsea this term.
The 31-year-old's current contract at the Blues expires at the end of this season, and it looks as if he's set for a move to sunny Monaco.
Monaco are currently in the middle of one of their worst seasons of recent times, and Henry has a battle on to keep the French giants in the top-tier of French football.
Sarri has previously expressed his wish for Fabregas to stay put at Stamford Bridge, at least until the end of the season.
"In this position, we have only two players; Jorginho and Fabregas, so for me, it would be really a problem without Cesc," the Chelsea boss said.
"I want him to stay, I don't know the final decision of Cesc and the club, of course. But for me, it's very important and if Cesc will go I think that we need to buy another player, and it's not easy because, technically, Cesc is a very important player.
"And I think that in the market, it's very difficult to find a player with the characteristics that Cesc has."
