Darmian drops major hint over United future

Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian has dropped a big hint over his future at Old Trafford with rumours he wants to move on from Manchester.

Serie A clubs like Juventus, Inter Milan, Napoli and AS Roma are all reportedly interested in the Italian full-back.

The Italy defender hasn't made the desired impact since joining United a few years ago, and he has now dropped a major hint over his future.

"I must say, I really do miss Serie A and Italy now," Darmian told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I know that I am at one of the best clubs in the world, and I am proud to be at Manchester United, but I do miss Italy. I do love my country."

It seems as if Darmian isn't in Jose Mourinho's plans this season; with the full-back only making three appearances in the Premier League so far.

In fact, Darmian has only made 47 appearances in the league for United since joining at the start of the 2015/16 season - scoring one goal.
