Hugo Lloris has said that when Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium is ready, it will bring the side to the "next step".
There have been a series of delays this season to the unveiling of the new Spurs stadium, but the club confirmed on Wednesday that the Premier League match against Manchester United on January 13, will be played at Wembley.
Lloris has admitted that he doesn't know when the new stadium will be ready, but the France goalkeeper has revealed the players' excitement to finally play at the new White Hart Lane ground.
"We knew at the beginning of the season we were very excited, we knew we would have a chance to play in the new stadium," Lloris said.
"We don't really know when it's going to happen. There's a lot of expectation from the players because it's something fantastic for the club and will bring the club to the next step."
Tottenham are back in action on Saturday, as they welcome Burnley to Wembley - looking to keep reduce the distance between themselves and Liverpool and Manchester City.
