Fulham vs Huddersfield

It's a bottom-of-the-table clash at Craven Cottage with Fulham welcoming Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon.

Fulham come into the game off the back of a 1-1 draw with Wolves at the weekend, and Claudio Ranieri's side will be looking to build some momentum as they bid for Premier League survival.

Huddersfield Town lost their second consecutive game by the 3-1 scoreline, losing to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Boxing Day.

Team News

Fulham midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa is the host's only injury concern - but he could return for the Cottagers' next game.

Huddersfield have no fresh injury concerns but their long-term absentees are still unavailable.

Aaron Mooy, Tommy Smith and Abdelhamid Sabiri are still sidelined for the Terriers.

The Managers

Fulham manager Claudio Ranieri has given his opinion on his highly-rated youngster Ryan Sessegnon.

"He needs more experience and to play more," Ranieri admitted. "We need to look at what happens when he's on the bench because he's a very good player.

"He has to improve his strength because when there's a tackle, he's not so strong. He must understand this and be a little more aggressive. He's young, but is very good."

Huddersfield head coach David Wagner is thankful for the quick turnaround in fixtures, so his side can try to turn their unfortunate woes around.

"Having the games come so quickly gives us more chances to turn this run around," Wagner said.

"We're in a very busy period and we're the only ones who can improve our situation. Nobody gives you a present in the Premier League.

"I don't have to tell any lies. Anybody who has seen our games praises our performances but we don't put pressure on opponents by scoring goals."
