Arsenal bounced back from a thrashing at Liverpool to put four past a struggling Fulham at the Emirates Stadium to kick off the New Year.
Goals from Granit Xhaka, Alexandre Lacazette, Aaron Ramsey and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ensured Aboubakar Kamara's goal for Fulham was worthless.
It's Arsenal's first win in three league games after a draw at Brighton and a loss to Liverpool on Saturday.
Arsenal are now just two points adrift of fourth-placed Chelsea, but the Blues have a game in hand on the Gunners.

How it Happened
Unai Emery's side were again without key midfielder Mesut Ozil; who was still sidelined with the same knee injury that kept him out of the Liverpool game.
However, the Gunners seemed to be coping just alright, as they took the lead on 25 minutes.
Alex Iwobi's cross was turned in by Swiss midfielder Xhaka to give Arsenal a 1-0 lead over their London rivals.
They finished the half strongly, too, with some good chances for Matteo Guendouzi, Xhaka again and Aubameyang.
On 55 minutes, a wonderful passing sequence involving Iwobi, Sead Kolasinac and Lacazette, led to the Frenchman's seventh Premier League goal of the season.
Fulham did respond, however, when Kamara finished off Ryan Sessegnon's ball after some neat passing play from the visitors.
The hope of them getting back in the game was soon dealt a huge blow, though, as substitute Ramsey following Aubameyang's strike hitting the post.
The Gabon striker did get on the scoresheet late on following a pass from defender Sokratis.
Aubameyang now has 14 league goals in his first full Premier League campaign for the Gunners.
Overall, it was a strong display from Emery's men and a great response to the adversity that has faced them recently.
The Managers
Arsenal manager Unai Emery: "We wanted to win and this result will give (us) confidence. We continued to push and create chances and we can be happy.
"It is normal for the fans to have some doubt at 2-1, but the team continued to do their work and played our planned game. I thought we deserved the scoreline. We scored with different players and we continue to build our identity with the players."
Fulham boss Claudio Ranieri: "If you analyse the first half an hour, we created two great chances. The home crowd thought, 'what happened' and started to boo their own players.
"But then Arsenal scored with their first chance because of our mistake and then we made another mistake and they scored. But we were back at 2-1 but then made more mistakes."
