Unai Emery has admitted goalkeeper Petr Cech could leave Arsenal at the end of the 2018/19 season.
Cech, like Aaron Ramsey, sees his contract expire at the end of this campaign, which is now just six months away.
The former Chelsea 'keeper has found game time hard to come by this term with the arrival of German goalkeeper Bernd Leno in the summer.
Cech, however, did feature in Arsenal's FA Cup third round victory over Blackpool on Saturday, and managed to keep a clean sheet in the 3-0 win.
"I don't know now," Emery admitted when asked if Cech has a long-term future at the Emirates Stadium, speaking ahead of Saturday's victory.
"This is a question for the club and the player to deal with our necessary things with the goalkeeper.
"All situations like this, we will speak with the player and with the club but at the moment, I want his focus the same, each training, each match.
"He is going to play on Saturday to give us his performance and then we are going to decide also within what is the best for him and for the club."
