Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettinho has admitted he is fearful of a "massive" blow after striker Harry Kane limped off the pitch in their 1-0 loss to Manchester United on Sunday evening.

Kane was limping off after the defeat, with his manager confirming the England striker twisted his ankle.
Pochettino will be desperate that the injury is not too serious, with Son Heung-Min going off to the Asia Cup with South Korea.
Kane has a history of serious and long-term ankle injuries, which will undoubtedly leave Pochettino sweating about the results of the scan even more.
"He suffered a big tackle and twisted his ankle," Pochettino said after the match.
"We need to assess him. It wasn't the intention of the United player, but it was a bad tackle and now he (Kane) has a bit of a swelling on his ankle and he was limping after the game.
"We are going to lose Son for the Asia Cup and if Harry Kane suffers an injury, it is going to be massive for us."
Moussa Sissoko also picked up, what looked like, a muscle injury with the Tottenham midfielder being replaced by Erik Lamela in the first-half.
