Hudson-Odoi's potential transfer to Bayern Munich has been one of the longest-running transfer sagas of this window so far.
Bayern are desperate to sign the highly-rated 18-year-old, with four bids being rejected from the German champions, the latest being valued at £35m.
Mirror Sport are reporting that Chelsea are still not willing to let Hudson-Odoi leave the club, especially without a fight.
The contract would reportedly be £50,000 a week, with £20,000 worth of add-ons, for a player who has not started a Premier League match yet for the Blues.
Bayern would pay Hudson-Odoi less per week, but the report suggests that the youngster's desire is to play more first-team football, rather than it being financially-driven.
Hudson-Odoi is reluctant to sign a new deal with Chelsea because he doesn't think he'll get the regular playing time he craves.
