Bellerin was stretchered off after going down in Arsenal's 2-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday evening.
The Guardian report that Bellerin will be facing a battle to be fit for the start of the 2019/20 season with this knee injury.
Bellerin will look for more medical opinions in the upcoming days, which will give him an actual timeframe of how long he could be out for, but at the moment it looks like several months for the Spaniard.
Arsenal have Stephan Lichsteiner, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and after the game on Saturday, Unai Emery reminded fans of Carl Jenkinson's existence.
