Paris Saint-Germain have bid £21.5m for Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye according to Sky Sports.

The same report indicates that the Toffees will turn down the bid for Gueye, but it looks as if the midfielder wants the move to Paris.
There's now just four days left of the transfer window - and it looks as if PSG may have to table a second offer for Gueye.
Gueye has been at Goodison Park since arriving two-and-a-half years ago from Aston Villa for around £7m.
PSG are also close to signing Chelsea target Leandro Parades after agreeing a £35m fee with Zenit St Petersburg for the midfielder.
