Chelsea may have a two-window transfer ban but they are still continuing to monitor AC MIlan captain Alessio Romagnoli.
According to Italian publication Calciomercarto, the Blues are keeping a close eye on Romagnoli.
However, there's a twist, with Chelsea unable to sign any players for the next two transfer windows. But they don't seem to let that fact stop them from interest in players.
The Italian central defender is enjoying a fantastic personal season with Milan - with the team establishing themselves as one of the top teams in the country once again.

The same report suggests that Italian champions and leaders Juventus are also keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old.
Also, Manchester United are "observing" the Milan defender this season ahead of the summer transfer window.
