ANDERSON'S LATE EQUALISER MEANS POINTS ARE SHARED

Felipe Anderson's 75th minute leveller rescued a point for West Ham United in a 1-1 draw at Huddersfield Town.

Anderson fired home after some unconvincing defending from the Terriers to cancel out Alex Pritchard's early opener for the hosts.

The draw means Huddersfield move to 17th (out of the drop zone) and West Ham remain in 13th in the Premier League table.

It was almost a perfect start for the Terriers, when Steve Mounie met Aaron Mooy's corner, and saw his powerful header tipped onto the crossbar.

A fantastic start from Huddersfield was rewarded with an early lead, with some neat build-up play, capped off by Pritchard, who finished beautifully.

Pritchard ensures perfect Terriers start (Premier League).

It was almost 2-0 quickly after, when Philip Billing's cross looped over Fabianski and hit the post and crawled across the line before being cleared.

Fabianski was again called into action, when Mounie's near-post shot was well saved by the former Arsenal goalkeeper.

Javier Hernandez was on for West Ham at the break, and the Mexico international nearly made the perfect start but his shot was saved by Jonas Lossl, and Chicharito couldn't keep his second effort down.

In the 75th minute, there was a mass scramble in the Huddersfield box. Anderson was on task to score his third goal in two Premier League appearances for the Hammers!

STAT OF THE MATCH:

- Alex Pritchard's opener was the first goal scored by a Huddersfield Town player at the Kirklees Stadium in 726 minutes (Tom Ince vs Watford, April).
