Arsenal will be looking to keep the pressure on their North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, who sit in fourth place, as they host Wolves at the Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, Wolves could move back into the top-half of the Premier League table with a shock win in the capital.
Alexandre Lacazette rescued a point for the Gunners last Saturday, as they shared the points in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool.
Wolves lost out to Tottenham, despite an impressive late showing from Wanderers, but they lost 3-2 at Molineux.
TEAM NEWS -
Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck suffered a serious-looking injury against Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League, so the England striker will definitely be out.
Stephan Lichsteiner is also out, after being forced off against the Portuguese side on Thursday night.
Nacho Monreal is close to a return for Arsenal, but the Wolves game looks too soon for the left-back.
Matteo Guendouzi is available again after a one-match domestic suspension.

Diego Jota is fit again for the visitors after a recovery from a hamstring injury.
Nuno Espirito Santo could hand a first Premier League start to 18-year-old Morgan Gibbs-White, after his impressive substitute showing against Spurs.
THE MANAGERS -
Arsenal boss Unai Emery wants a repeat of the performance he saw in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool last weekend.
"Against Liverpool I think we had more in the 90 minutes of the game," Emery said.
"Our idea is to repeat matches with this pace over 90 minutes. It is about the progress in the team. The progress is about continuing to create confidence and creating also tactically different ways to improve."
Wolves manager Espirito Santo has demanded a reaction from his team, who have lost in their last three Premier League games.
"We're not in the best moment but we have to react to it," Espirito Santo demanded.
"We reacted well from the bad performance against Watford, we didn't achieve the result against Brighton or Tottenham but we performed well.
"We don't think about the result first - no matter what, it's perform well, do your tasks and try to win."
