Cedric likely to leave Saints in summer

Southampton full-back Cedric Soares is likely to move away from St. Mary's this summer, with the defender currently on loan at Inter Milan.

Reports in Italy believe the Saints will look to permanently offload the right-back when the season concludes.

Yan Valery has been brilliant since his introduction to the senior side under boss Ralph Hasenhuttl, replacing Cedric.

Cedric has made just eight appearances at the San Siro since his move in January and he looks unlikely to move to Inter on a permanent basis.

Southampton could then face a decision regarding the Portugal full-back's future at the club, and it appears they will look to sell Cedric.
