Unai Emery has set his sights on improving Arsenal's away form as they travel to Cardiff City on Sunday.
Emery has faced only one away game in charge of Arsenal so far and his team were beaten marginally by Chelsea (3-2).
Arsenal's away form of recent times has been far from good, with the Gunners claiming their first win on the road in 2018 and had to wait five months for the victory.
"My thoughts are only on how we can win," Emery admitted. "It is not to think about the past.
"My concentration with players is the next match, focus only to work for the next match and how we can win.
"It's clear, the data, but I want to write a new data, a new present, a new future with Arsenal."
Cardiff play a direct approach, with aiming long-balls forward, but the new Arsenal boss claims that he has dealt with similar teams in the past.
"We need to adapt to their idea," Emery said regarding the newly-promoted Cardiff side. "
"But all the respect from me for this idea. In Spain, I played it often in moments like that because I thought it was the best way for us to win. It depends on the squad, the players."
