Everton are interested in signing Venezuelan striker Salomon Rondon this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Rondon is currently on loan at Newcastle United from Championship side West Bromwich Albion, and is keen on leaving the Hawthorns if they fail to gain promotion this season.
The 29-year-old striker is the Magpies' top-scorer this season, scoring nine and setting up five goals in the Premier League.
Rondon has admitted he is keen to stay at St. James' Park beyond his loan deal, but with Newcastle's financial situation and an unpredictable owner in Mike Ashley - nothing is certain.
Everton's front-line has been inconsistent this campaign - with Cenk Tosun, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all having stints as the sole forward.
Marco Silva could look to swoop in and bring the Venezuela striker to Goodison Park - with Magpies' owner Ashley uncertain about signing someone for £16m who is close to 30-years-old.
