Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser will sit out of Scotland's game against Kazakhstan, despite being called-up to the squad.
Daily Record report that Fraser will now be left out due to his previous injury problems and more importantly, the bad conditions in Kazakhstan.
The match takes place next Thursday at the Astana Arena, which has an artificial pitch - which has caused players some fitness problems in the past.
Fraser suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage four years ago and is vulnerable to another knee injury.
However, the 25-year-old is set to feature in Scotland's match against San Marino.
