Gylfi Sigurdsson's second-half brace helped Everton beat Fulham 3-0 at Goodison Park.

Everton came into the game looking for just their second win of the Premier League season, hosting a Fulham side who have had a mixed start to life back in the top flight.
The visitors had the first real chance to get themselves in front, when Ryan Sessegnon's cut-back was met by Andre Schurrle, who blazed it over the bar.
The Toffees did start the game the better, though; with some pressure on the Fulham goal at Goodison Park.
Fulham thought they'd taken the lead just before half-time when Sessegnon's good effort rebounded off the crossbar.
However, the teams went in goalless at the break.
Everton made a swift start in the second-half with Dominic Calvert-Lewin going down in the Fulham box; with the referee not instantly pointing to the spot, but some chat with his assistant led to the hosts having a huge chance.
Chance wasted, though, as Sigurdsson rattled the crossbar and Fulham felt that was justice for the decision.
Sigurdsson made amends almost immediately after, when a tidy finish from the edge of the box was too much for Marcus Bettinelli in the Cottagers' goal.
It wasn't too much longer before Marco Silva's side doubled their advantage, with Theo Walcott standing a cross up to Cenk Tosun, who headed home and it looked like game over for the away side.
One of the last kicks of the game saw Everton grab their third and Sigurdsson's second of the match.
The Iceland international as substitute Bernard set the midfielder up to smartly finish from the edge of the box.
That was the way it finished; Everton got their second win of the season and moved up to 11th, whilst Fulham stay in 16th!
