Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has been called up to the England national squad for the first time for the upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Montenegro.
Hudson-Odoi, who was speculated to leave the Blues in January, with heavy interest from German champions, Bayern Munich.
However, the 18-year-old has stayed at Stamford Bridge for the time-being at least, and his impressive form in a blue shirt has earned him his first England call-up.
Hudson-Odoi has registered 18 Premier League appearances this campaign for Chelsea, but is yet to receive his first domestic start.
Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw has joined the likes of Manchester City pair John Stones and Fabian Delph in withdrawing from the squad. Chelsea's Ruben Loftus-Cheek has also dropped out from the squad.
Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse was also called up earlier today as a replacement for Gareth Southgate's men.
England host Czech Republic at Wembley on Friday and travel to Montenegro on the following Monday.
