MANCHESTER CITY 3-0 FULHAM: REPORT

The champions make it back-to-back wins as David Silva marks his 350th appearance in fashion against Fulham at the Etihad Stadium...

City started in a rapid manner when Leroy Sane, who became a father last week, celebrated with his first goal of the season after Fernandinho's cross was tapped in by the German.

Pep Guardiola's men were on top, predictably, and they made sure they had a two-goal cushion when David Silva, who was playing his 350th game for City, marked the milestone with a goal.

Silva latched onto a loose ball and fired the ball in off the bar and the champions were in command.

Early on in the second-half, it was 3-0 to City, with Sergio Aguero's cross being tapped in by Raheem Sterling, who scored his third goal of the season.

Aguero's assist was his work done for the game as he was replaced early in the second-half by Gabriel Jesus.

Fulham never really had a sniff in this one, but the Cottagers shouldn't be too down following their impressive start to the season.
