MILNER COULD MOVE TO LEEDS IN SUMMER

Liverpool midfielder James Milner could make a return to Leeds United in the summer if they are promoted back to the Premier League.

The Yorkshire Evening Post are reporting that Milner could make a dramatic switch back to Elland Road on a free transfer if they return to the top flight.

Milner has had a fantastic start to the season at Liverpool but is yet to be offered a contract extension.

Leeds are one of the favourites to be promoted from the Championship this season after a strong start.

The club are top of the Championship, with just one loss in their opening nine games of the season.

Milner came through the development scheme at Leeds before he made the switch to Newcastle in 2004 and it looks as if the midfielder could be up for a reunion.
