MOURINHO DISAPPOINTED WITH LACK OF BACKING

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been left disappointed with the lack of backing he has received from the hierarchy at the club.

Mourinho feels as if he should have been backed more over the Paul Pogba situation, with the pair having a public feud.

The former Chelsea manager believes that the club should have moved quicker to solve this situation before it's blown out of proportion (now).

Pogba said on Tuesday night after United's 0-0 stalemate with Valencia in the Champions League that he "wasn't allowed to talk" to the press after the game.

The Irish Times report that the result and performance against Valencia hasn't changed the board's stance on their manager and they have no current plans to sack him.
