OUT OF CONTRACT XI

There's a number of excellent players who find themselves out of contract next Summer, with not much time left to sign new deals with their clubs. We've picked the best possible team, in our opinion...
GK: DAVID DE GEA
Arguably the best 'keeper in the world - a lot of people share that opinion. Manchester United have been going on at him to sign a new deal for a while now, with Real Madrid consistently rumoured to be wanting Spain's no.1.
His reflexes and shot-stopping are inhumane and de Gea has saved United uncountable times throughout recent years - despite a clumsy start to life at Old Trafford.

RB: ANTONIO VALENCIA
Another Manchester United player whose contract is expiring next Summer. Valencia has been an amazing servant to the Red Devils over the seasons and is now club captain.
Defensively, you'll do well to recall too many mistakes the Ecuadorian has made over the years. He's a very handy option to have going forward and at 33-years-old, he shows no signs of regressing just yet.
CB: TOBY ALDERWEIRELD
Alderweireld has been a crucial factor in Spurs' resurgence in recent seasons, with him and his compatriot Jan Vertonghen forming a very solid central defensive partnership.
The centre-back was linked with a Summer move to Manchester United, but Tottenham were very reluctant to let him go to one of their main rivals. However, it has been reported that Jose Mourinho may come back in for the Belgium international.
CB: JAN VERTONGHEN
Previously mentioned, Vertonghen has formed a superb partnership at the helm of Spurs' defence over the years.
At 31, Vertonghen would be a steal for any team - and he has been linked with a move abroad to sides such as Juventus; who are reportedly keen on taking the defender on a pre-contract in January.
LB: ALBERTO MORENO
The Liverpool full-back was incredibly highly rated prior to his move to Anfield. It's strange because you can definitely see why, but at the same time - he looks one of the weakest full-backs in the Premier League, at times.
His attacking head and physical features such as strength and energy make him sometimes an asset to Jurgen Klopp's side. But it's his footballing brain that lets him down. Moreno is no longer getting a sniff at Liverpool, with the form of Andrew Robertson.
RM: JUAN MATA
Mata has now been playing Premier League football for seven years (at Chelsea before United). The 30-year-old is technically one of the most gifted footballers in the league.
The Spaniard's ability to perform brilliant defence-splitting through balls, from essentially nothing, would attract any team to him. A top club will 100% snap Mata up, if United don't sort a contract out with him.
CM: CESC FABREGAS
Fabregas has seemingly been around forever, but is still only 31. The Spain World Cup winner is perhaps the greatest passer in recent Premier League history.
However, his contract situation may be sorted with Maurizio Sarri now appreciating Fabregas' qualities more than he did at the start. Cesc has been dropped into a deep-lying playmaker role - similar to Andrea Pirlo in his later years.

CM: AARON RAMSEY
One of the most talked about contract situations at the start of the season. Liverpool and Chelsea are both reportedly interested in the Arsenal midfielder.
However, interest from abroad, with Juventus wanting the Wales international - and having the advantage, with foreign sides able to sign Premier League players on pre-contracts in January.
Ramsey and the Gunners failed to negotiate a new deal and contract talks have now broken down.
LM: ANTHONY MARTIAL
Martial signed for Manchester United back in 2015, for a total of £58m from Monaco. In this time, he has shown his undeniable talent under two different managers.
Mourinho and Martial's relationship has been a bit frosty, though, with a fallout over the winger wanting permission to have time off due to personal reasons.
At just 22-years-old, Martial could become one of the best players in Europe; on his day, proving a huge menace for Premier League defences.
ST: Daniel Sturridge
The Liverpool striker has had an excellent time at the Reds overall, but has had terrible luck with injuries in the past. Jurgen Klopp described Sturridge's fitness at the moment, as the "best it's been" in the German's time there.
Sturridge was short of game-time at Anfield last season and decided to move to West Bromwich Albion on loan before their relegation. But the English striker returned to Liverpool in the Summer and has fought very well for his place.
He's had it hard, with a world-class Roberto Firmino in front of him - but the chances he's had this season; he's took very well. Klopp may be considering offering the former Chelsea forward a new deal on Merseyside.
ST: OLVIER GIROUD
Giroud has only recently become a Chelsea player, with the French World Cup winner signing from Arsenal on an initial 18-month deal.
He's a very specific type of striker - who needs players around and close to him. He needs the long ball up to him to hold up, to completely make the most of his abilities.
Chelsea and Arsenal have found that playing balls in-behind the opposition defence, can make Giroud almost anonymous. But on his day, a very handy striker to have on your team and a good 'Plan B'.
