The PFA Player of the Month for August have been announced as the Premier League goes into its second month...
SADIO MANE (LIVERPOOL):
Mane has had a fantastic start to this season for the Reds, with the Senegalese forward bagging in his first two games.
Including this last minute counter-attack goal against Crystal Palace, where he did so well to stay on his feet and round Wayne Hennessey.
SERGIO AGUERO (MANCHESTER CITY):
Aguero just looks to be getting better and better with age, which is great news for Manchester City fans.
The City all-time leading scorer added three more to his tally with a fabulous hat-trick in his team's 6-1 demolition of Huddersfield
ROBERTO PEREYRA (WATFORD):
Pereyra's been one of the surprise packages at the start of this season, as has his team Watford, who currently hold a 100% record.
Pereyra has three goals to his name already for the Hornets, with goals against Brighton and one against Crystal Palace last weekend.
NEIL ETHERIDGE (CARDIFF CITY):
I think it speaks for itself when a goalkeeper is nominated for this award, with how well their team is doing.
Cardiff have struggled, yet to score a goal at this early stage, but Etheridge's performances have been a plus point for Neil Warnock's side.
BENJAMIN MENDY (MANCHESTER CITY):
Mendy had a horrific injury last season which more than disrupted his first campaign in Manchester.
But the French full-back's form has been very impressive at the start of this term and he has provided three assists for his team-mates, more than any other player.
LUCAS MOURA (TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR):
Moura looks like a new man to who he was last season for Spurs, scoring his first goal in a 3-1 win against Fulham a couple of weeks ago.
Lucas also put in a man-of-the-match performance in Spurs' emphatic 3-0 win at Old Trafford on Monday night - bagging himself two goals in the process.
