Talks between Aaron Ramsey and Arsenal have broken down over a new contract for the Wales international.

Ramsey's current contract expires in June of next year and Arsenal were hopeful that they could come to an agreement to keep the midfielder at the Emirates.
However, the two parties couldn't agree and it looks like Ramsey is on his way out of Arsenal - with the most likely option being the Welshman being sold in January to get some sort of fee for him.
Ramsey will be able to sign a pre-contract deal with a foreign side if the situation stays the same, as early as January.
The central midfielder joined Arsenal back in 2008 from Cardiff and is the Gunners' longest serving player.
Ramsey was an 84th minute substitute for Unai Emery's side last night as they beat Brentford 3-1 in the Carabao Cup.
