Tottenham Hotspur have gotten off to a winning start in their new stadium after beating Crystal Palace comfortably in North London.
Second-half goals from Son Heung-Min and Christian Eriksen sealed the three points for Spurs and moved them back above Arsenal into third-place.
Wednesday night marked a historic night for Spurs, with their first ever game at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium being played.
The first 15 minutes of the match was rather slow, with Spurs' first chance of the match coming on 17 minutes.
Harry Kane passed the ball out wide to Kieran Trippier - who in turn found Eriksen with a pull-back but Vicente Guaita did well in the Palace goal.
Minutes later, Spurs went even closer. Dele Alli found Eriksen with a beautiful lofted through ball, but the Dane couldn't quite reach it.
Son was played through by Kane on 37 minutes, but the South Korean's shot was well-saved by Guaita at the near post.
When the second-half resumed, Palace had their first real chance - with Michy Batshuayi firing one from the left-hand side which just whistled past the post.
Quickly after, it was a historic moment for Spurs. Son's shot was deflected off Luka Milivojevic for Tottenham's first goal at their new stadium!
Harry Winks came on with 20 minutes to go, replacing Danny Rose, with the midfielder making his 100th appearance for Spurs.
Son almost had a double for the hosts, but his edge-of-the-box shot was well-saved from Guaita.
With 10 minutes remaining, Eriksen finally had his goal. The Dane pounced on a loose ball in the box and smashed past to seal the game for Spurs.
It wasn't the most convincing performance from Mauricio Pochettino's side, but a win that has massive significance to the club's season, as well as its history.
