Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has heaped the praise on his manager Jurgen Klopp, for the German's influence on the Reds behind-the-scenes.
Klopp is a rather animated manager on the touchline and to the media before/after matches, and van Dijk has revealed he's like that behind closed doors as well.

Speaking on the BBC's Premier League Show, as cited by Mirror Sport, the Netherlands centre-back opened up on what Klopp is like when not in front of a camera.
"He is very passionate. He will tell you the truth at all times. He won't go beating around the bush.
"That's something I personally like a lot and most of our players like it as well. We have plenty of meetings throughout the whole season where he is definitely not happy about some things.
"That's a good sign. Even when we've only lost one league game all season, there have been some moments where we can do much better."
Liverpool have found it tough in the last month or so - their character within the squad has really been brought out; especially in their last game - where they scraped over the line against struggling Fulham at Craven Cottage.
