After Cardiff City came close to registering their first victory since returning to the Premier League last time out against Arsenal, they face an even tougher test against Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea.
The Bluebirds have taken 2 points from the first 4 games and could have come away with a point were it not for some poor defending, which is a rarity for Neil Warnock's side.
Sean Morrison saw a header fly inches over the bar in stoppage time and although they played well that day, it will take a lot more if they are to come away with something from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea, however, sit second from top of the table and have scored at least 2 goals in each match so far, although it took until the last quarter of their previous tie against Bournemouth when they found a breakthrough.
Both Pedro Rodriguez and star-man Eden Hazard netted in the last round, and between them have 5 goals this season (Pedro, 3, Hazard 2) but despite being leagues apart in terms of top flight experience, Warnock is not prepared to park the bus.
WHAT WARNOCK SAID
"If you shut shop at Stamford Bridge you're going to get picked off and lose by two or three anyway," said Warnock.
"So you may as well have a go, you just have to hope you don't leave yourself wide open to a pasting.
"We are looking forward to the test and with Manchester City to follow it doesn't get much tougher than that."
While Cardiff managed to hit the back of the net for the first time in the last round, Warnock will be hoping his team can tighten up at the back as well as be a threat going forward.
"All the goals we conceded (against Arsenal) could have been prevented and we are working on that, it has probably been our strength this season," added Warnock.
"Although we went forward better it was disappointing to concede goals like we did because we have not conceded goals like that over the last 12 months."
MAURIZIO SARRI
Chelsea chief Maurizio Sarei can hardly complain about how his side have gone about business in the Italian managers first season in English football.
The Blues won all four games before the seasons first international break and are one of only three clubs with 100% starts. (Chelsea, Watford, Liverpool)
Sarri: "At the moment we are doing very well, but I think we can improve. In the first half (vs Bournemouth) we needed to move the ball at a quicker speed."
It's 10 goals in 4 for Chelsea, who boast 6 different goalscorers too, and should they beat Cardiff on Saturday it would set them up nicely for their opening match of the Europa League against PAOK Salonika.
TEAM NEWS
For the home side, Cesc Fabregas could return from his knee injury but is unlikely to start the match, with Jorginho, Barkley and Kante impressing for sari's side.
As for Cardiff Josh Murphy, who has been a bright spark for the Bluebirds this term, is expected to return to the starting lineup after missing the Arsenal game with a knock.
Aron Gunnarsson has not played this season and didn't feature for Iceland in the UEFA Nations League.
Nathaniel Mendez-Laing suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in round 3, after colliding with Huddersfield 'keeper Ben Hamer and faces 3 months out.
PREDICTION
It's hard to look past Chelsea in this one, especially with the form Hazard and Pedro are in and the way Cardiff defended last time out.
I'm going with a 3-0 home win with will mean that Chelsea take 15 points from 15, Eden Hazard to open the scoring.
