Liverpool have moved back to the top of the Premier League after surviving a scare to beat Fulham, and have subsequently leapfrogged Manchester City.
James Milner scored a late penalty for the Reds after Sadio Mane was brought down by goalkeeper Sergio Rico.
Mane had originally given Liverpool the lead in the first-half, and they looked relatively comfortable at Craven Cottage.
However, complacency must have sinked in with Jurgen Klopp's men and a mix-up at the back between star defender Virgil van Dijk and goalkeeper Alisson led to Ryan Babel netting against his former side.
But the Reds held on for the three points and with Man City not playing in the league this weekend; they are now back to the summit of the Premier League table.
