West Ham United winger Andriy Yarmolenko has had successful surgery on an achilles injury, but will miss up to six months of action.

Yarmolenko was stretchered off in West Ham's 1-0 loss to Tottenham on Saturday and will now miss the majority of the season.
The Ukraine international signed for the Hammers in the summer and has impressed in his brief spell so far - scoring a memorable double in West Ham's first win of the season at Goodison Park recently.
Yarmolenko underwent surgery on his injury on Monday and now begins his first stage of rehabilitation, West Ham confirmed on their official website.
Richard Collinge, head of West Ham medical department has given an update on Yarmolenko's situation:
"Andriy's operation went well and we will now work hard to support him throughout the rehabilitation process. His recovery will be planned very carefully and we have every confidence that he will return to full fitness within the scheduled timeframe."
